By accessing and using AnonPolls, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

AnonPolls is an anonymous polling platform that allows users to:

• Create polls with multiple choice or single choice options
• Vote on existing polls anonymously
• View real-time poll results
• Share polls with others
• Report inappropriate content
• Request poll results via email

Our service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the service:

• To create polls containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
• To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• To transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials
• To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• To collect personal information about other users

Content Guidelines

• Polls must not contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Adult content, violence, or graphic material is prohibited
• Polls must not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Political polls should be factual and not misleading
• Commercial polls for direct sales are not permitted

Prohibited Activities

• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our service
• Vote Manipulation: Attempting to vote multiple times on the same poll
• System Abuse: Overwhelming our servers with excessive requests
• False Information: Creating deliberately misleading or false polls
• Malicious Content: Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Privacy Violations: Attempting to identify anonymous users
• Service Disruption: Any activity that interferes with normal operation

Content Moderation & Enforcement

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any poll or content that violates these terms without prior notice. Users can report inappropriate content, and we will review reports promptly.

Access Restrictions

We may restrict or terminate access to our service for users who repeatedly violate these terms. This includes IP-based blocking for severe violations.

Appeals Process

If you believe content was removed in error, you may contact us for review. We will respond to appeals within a reasonable timeframe.

The AnonPolls platform, including its design, functionality, and source code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

Service Availability

• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
• We may suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We are not responsible for data loss or technical issues
• Poll results accuracy depends on user participation and honesty

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonPolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from user-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any actions taken based on poll results
